GFC alumna and current assistant professor Saskia Thoelen appeared as the host for Trails to Oishii Tokyo, a television program by NHK World. In this episode, featuring Matcha, Saskia had the opportunity to interview several renowned matcha makers, tea specialists and restaurant owners.
